Exchange & Return Policy
1. Exchange Policy:
- Customers have the right to exchange a product within 7 days from the date of delivery. No exchange requests will be accepted after this period.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The Store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for local exchanges. For international exchanges, the customer covers all shipping fees and logistics.
- In the event of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent, the customer will be fully compensated.
2. Return Policy:
- Customers may cancel the contract and return the product within 7 days of receipt. Returns are not permitted after this period.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original state to qualify for a return.
- The customer bears all return shipping costs. For international returns, the customer is responsible for the full cost of shipping and delivery to the carrier.
- If a defect or error is proven to be from the Store's side, compensation will be provided.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items:
The customer is not entitled to an exchange or return in the following cases:
- Custom-made products manufactured based on the customer’s specific request or specifications (unless defective or non-compliant with agreed specs).
- Used videos, CDs, DVDs, or software.
- Newspapers, magazines, publications, or books.
- Products that show defects due to poor handling or misuse by the customer.
- Contracts related to accommodation, transportation, or catering services.
- Digital software or files downloaded via the internet.
